• Gangbustrs refers to the brand consulting and marketing services provided by David Schafer and his team.

• Scripted to Scale refers to the online course, tools, templates, and educational content designed and operated by David Schafer.

• We, our, or us refers collectively to Gangbustrs, Scripted to Scale, and David Schafer.

• You or Client refers to any individual or organization accessing, purchasing, or using our services, courses, or materials.

Use of Services

You agree to use our services, website, and course content only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, resell, or distribute our content without written permission.

• Misuse our platforms or systems in a way that disrupts service to others.

• Represent our materials as your own intellectual property.

Intellectual Property

All content, including course frameworks (e.g., Revenue Script™), methodologies, templates, videos, documents, and branding, are the sole property of Gangbustrs and Scripted to Scale. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Payment & Refunds

Payments for consulting, coaching, or course access must be made in full unless otherwise specified in writing. Scripted to Scale offers a [7/14/30]-day refund window for course enrollments (if applicable), subject to proof of non-use and written request. Refunds for consulting or strategy work are not provided unless stated in your service agreement.

Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. Any proprietary information you share with us in the course of consulting or training will not be disclosed to third parties without your written consent. Likewise, all Gangbustrs and Scripted to Scale materials are confidential and may not be shared externally.

 

Disclaimers

While we provide strategic tools, coaching, and proven frameworks, we do not guarantee specific financial or business outcomes. Your results depend on execution, market conditions, and many factors outside our control. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of our services or content.

 

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services or content at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions.

 

Updates

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services or platforms after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
