A complex financing product becomes a sales confidence engine for solar reps.

Mosaic was launching a new hybrid solar financing product at a difficult market moment. Traditional loans were losing share to TPO products but TPO came with its own friction: unclear ownership, escalating payments, deals that stalled before installation. The challenge was turning a financially complex offer into something solar reps could understand, trust, and sell with confidence.

Gangbusters identified that the real enemy for reps was not competing financing products. It was second-guessing whether their deal will fall apart. The insight that shaped the work: the best financing option is not the one that gets signed. It is the one that gets installed. The product was named Pivot Financing with the tagline Pivot. How Deals Get Done. The launch platform, messaging, and channel assets were built around one emotional arc: turning hesitation into installation. Clarifying the category promise gave a complex financial product a story sales teams could remember and repeat in the field.
