Buyers could not understand where MetaEngine fit or why it mattered. The strategic challenge was turning abstraction into a usable story. Gangbusters reframed MetaEngine around real-world brand value rather than technology capability, positioning the company as the bridge between brands and immersive experiences. The engagement covered core brand positioning, messaging architecture, go-to-market strategy tied to key product moments, and a community and content system built for scale. The work gave founders, product, and marketing a unified narrative they could finally build on. The engagement also supported a successful $12M Series A raise, giving investors a clear and defensible story for a category most could not yet name.
